The Cougar Closet is a FREE resource providing professional clothing to WSU students. Dressing for success can be costly and time-consuming – that’s why we’re here! Our goal is to keep our Cougs outfitted in their best professional looks. Swing by to pick out your outfit for your next interview!

Tell the front desk you’re there for the Cougar Closet and they’ll take it from there!

Nope! Anything you choose to take from the closet is yours to keep! If you wish to give it back, you’re welcome to give it to the front desk at Lighty 160 (where the closet is located) or drop it in our donation box located outside our office.

Absolutely! The items we carry depend largely on what donations we recieve, and specific items like shoes and belts tend to go really quick, so you’ll want to check back regularly if you’re looking for popular accessories.

There’s a variety of ways you can donate!

Drop-off your gently used professional clothing: Do you have business attire hanging in your closet that you no longer need? Your donations can empower our students to make a great impression during interviews, internships, and networking events.
- Bring your donations to Lighty 160. Drop your donations in the donation box located outside our office anytime Mon – Fri, 8am – 5pm
  - Items in High Need:
    - All men’s wear (dress pants size 28-32, suit coats, dress shirts, shoes, dress socks, belts)
    - Womens sizes XS-M (dress pants, sweaters, blazers, tops, dresses)
    - Accessories (all belts, all shoes)
