Our tutoring services are a free, peer-facilitated resource to promote academic success. Tutoring services will be provided over the Fall 2025 semester using a hybrid model which implements both appointment-based and drop-in services. Tutoring will run from 09/02/2025 – 11/21/2025.

Please note that there may be other tutoring services across campus which better suit your needs such as the Chemistry Learning Center, Math Learning Center, and Undergraduate Writing Center.

Appointment-based tutoring means that you will need to book a time with a tutor. You can book with ASCC Peer Tutors 1-7 days in advance. To book an appointment, you will need to:

  1. Log in to the tutoring portal using your WSU email and ID#.
  2. Search for your course using the course prefix and number.
  3. Select “Book Me.”
  4. Select your tutor from the drop-down list of names.
  5. Select the appropriate date and time, enter your information, and create a booking.

If you see “drop-in” as an individual’s availability, this means no appointment is necessary. Please have your WSU ID# ready for check-in and check-out during drop-in tutoring sessions.

There is no limit to how many times you can access the peer tutoring services of ASCC.

While tutors generally work the same hours each week, it is recommended that you check the schedule before dropping in as they may have other obligations which result in a temporary change.

Please note that we will not be providing tutoring services on student/federal holidays (including Thanksgiving break) and in the event of inclement weather which results in cancelled classes or suspended university operations.

If you have any questions or concerns please contact Jaxon Porterfield (jaxon.porterfield@wsu.edu).
