Why Catie enjoys tutoring and working with students:
I love helping other people to thrive in both the subjects I loved and those that I might have struggled in: being a peer gives me a unique view onto the subjects we’re studying, as I struggled through these things too! It’s really rewarding to see those “aha!” moments, when everything clicks!
Catie’s Professional Goals:
After completing my undergrad here at WSU, I plan to pursue a graduate degree in genetic counseling to hopefully enter the workforce as a pediatric genetic counselor in a rural community.
Catie’s Affiliations:
I am incredibly honored to be a student manager for our WSU women’s swim team, as well as a coach for Pullman’s youth swim team, Cougar Aquatics.
