>> Hello. My name is Tony. I'm a Partner Manager at Fullscreen. Okay. So I am pretty much a talent manager for YouTube talents. Right. So what we do is a lot of the -- I guess a big part of our time we spend is kind of finding and scouting, kind of get to the talents. Right. And when we talk about YouTube talents, we talk about a big spectrum, you know, from musicians, bloggers, comedy, you know, comedians or filmmakers, right, any kind of people. And we spend a lot of times scouting and a lot of times helping them, you know, bring them in and manage them and optimize their channels and, you know, [inaudible] optimize their earnings from their channels. So let's say if I find this, you know, this person, right, or personality or it has like some great content, music or filmmaking, and I see some great potential -- right. I mean, it's all about potential, at least for me personally -- and, you know, help them make sure that they create a YouTube presence, especially today, social media and new media is so important, right, because that's the best way to get your stuff out there and the best way to engage with the audience. Right. And as artists what better things can you ask for than an audience? So once I find somebody with potential then we start working with them, you know, contact them and try to figure out what it is, the best to help them to grow their channel and [inaudible] be able to earn more revenue and all that. So it's salary-based, Fullscreen. We are actually the Number One YouTube network. We have been. And we generate -- we have over 25,000 channels, YouTube channels, and that's about billions of use monthly. And I'm not sure how familiar you are with YouTube, but, you know, it's -- >> Very much. >> -- it's a large of amount of investment. So how it works is, you know, we bring a channel in, so we assign them. I mean, we -- it's salary-based but then there's also benefits and stuff. So we bring in the channel and then there's a revenue share within the, you know, the channel earning and our earning. And that's the same with any other company, multichannel network, which is what we are, so.
