WSU Career Expos for Employers
The WSU Career Expos are seasonal events hosted by the Academic Success and Career Center every Fall and Spring semester. These events aim to connect WSU candidates with our employer partners and their full-time jobs or internships.
The WSU Career Expo events are hosted virtually, via the Handshake Platform, and in-person on the Pullman campus at Beasley Coliseum. Employers and students have the option of participating in either in-person, virtual events, or at both events (hybrid). All WSU Career Expos welcome students of all levels, majors, and specialties.

Additional Event Information
- In-person or virtual capacity has been reached when there are no more available registration types. If you are just interested in the WSU Career Expo & Technical Fair for Tuesday, 10/7/25 or the WSU Internship Fair for Thursday 9/11/25 in-person experience but there are no more registration types available, the best next step is to register for the Virtual Career Expo via the Handshake platform.
- If not, you can request to be added to the In-person waitlist as a first-come, first-served request by emailing us at employer@wsu.edu or filling out our Waitlist Survey (Activation TBA). Please include the Company name, the name of the primary contact, and the main contact’s email address with your message.
- IMPORTANT: Being waitlisted does not guarantee that you have secured a table at the WSU Career Expo. Please do not plan to travel to the Expo unless the WSU career team has confirmed that registration is available and forwarded an updated invoice.
- As part of fostering both new and continuing relationships with our Career Expo employers this season, we wanted to offer a series of webinars for your team to attend in preparation for the Career Expos. Each type of session has repeated content, so you only need to attend one.
- These webinars will be hosted over Zoom. Please note that all employer registrants must have a zoom account (free, personal, or company) to attend this series.

Organizations will receive a full refund if you cancel your reservation on or before Friday, January 23, 2026.
- No refunds will be granted for cancellations after Friday, January 23, 2026, or for no-shows at the Career Expo. Submit all cancellations and changes to your registration in writing to employer@wsu.edu
- Omitting a timely payment does not equate to withdrawing your registration from a Career Expo event. Your company will still be responsible for the fair registration that was invoiced. This policy is due to event logistics, marketing, booth holds, and expenses already in motion leading up to each fair.
- A cancellation request must be communicated via email to employer@wsu.edu as promptly as possible.
- “No-shows” are still responsible for any unpaid dues BEFORE registering for the next Career Expo.
All WSU events, including all In-person Career Expos, are subject to the President’s or designee’s declarations regarding inclement weather cancellations. As a campus, the safety of our students, staff, and guests is of the utmost precedence. If WSU shuts down to inclement weather, the Career Expo team will communicate any event cancelations to employer registrants as soon as we receive a notification.
The WSU Career team will not be able to issue any refunds due to an inclement weather cancelation, as event logistics, marketing, and expenses are already in motion leading up to the fair.
If you need to reach the WSU Career Expo team regarding inclement weather inquiries, email us at employer@wsu.edu. For full details on WSU’s Inclement Weather policy, visit the WSU Police Department’s inclement weather page.
We greatly value your partnership and look forward to connecting you with our students this season. Please let us know if you would be interested in holding a recruitment or networking event for students. Information sessions, workshops, resume reviews, and panel sessions are great ways to engage with students interested in your company’s opportunities. For more information on how to engage with WSU before and after the fairs, please refer to our Engage with WSU resource.

Preparing for the In-Person Expo
- WSU’s Academic offerings include 95 majors, 86 minors, and more than 100 in-major specializations. The benefit of the WSU Expo is the possibility of connecting with new or specialized talent eager to learn about their potential in your industry or company. The WSU Career Expos are our largest multi-major career events across the WSU system, hosting hundreds of employers across multiple industries and supporting thousands of students in all majors each season.
- Employers attending the in-person Career Expo are arranged in alphabetical order across all industries. This is done to support all large-scale logistics and to make the event more equitable for all participating employer industries and attending majors. This will mean that an employer event table number will be determined by your company name as listed alphabetically in Handshake in either the court level (first level- Fall only) or concourse (second level) of Beasley Coliseum. One significant change this season is how the event traffic will flow. This season, once past registration and premier employers, all attending students will be directed to the court level (first level) first and then up around the concourse (second level).
- Premier Employers are placed in alphabetical order in front of the student check area (the first 8-16 tables). All Standard registrations will be placed in alphabetical order following the premier employer partners section.
- Looking to engage with specific Majors? Make sure to plan to connect with students before attending WSU in-person Career Expo. The more they “see” a company (in online webinars, hosting interviews on campus, messaging on Handshake, visiting classrooms, treks, tabling, offering professional development, appearing in panels, reaching out to clubs…etc.), the more momentum it builds for each recruitment season.
- The in-person fair in Beasley Coliseum will follow any up-to-date CDC and Washington State COVID-19 guidelines. Please note any updates in ASCC communications.
- Please drop off materials in the designated drop-off areas at Beasley. Event details will be emailed out to event registrants. Once at the venue, go directly to your signed table number and use the Check-In QR to sign in to your company as “present”.
- WIFI access will be provided at the Expo for representatives. Power supply to the table will be provided by request.
- Additional representative registrations, lunches, and parking passes are available at additional costs. Please communicate any updates to employer@wsu.edu no later than two weeks before the event.
- Your team must send any shipped materials to the address listed in our Pre-Expo Shipping” section below at least 2 weeks before the event. Beasley will hold those containers and place them at the appropriate tables once we have assignments for him.
- Parking is limited. Please carpool, ride share or use hotel shuttles as much as possible on each Expo Day.
- For those companies attending the in-person Technical and General fairs, your parking permit will allow you to park in any Yellow 1 lot surrounding Beasley Coliseum. Some additional Parking portions will be available and noted in the event details emailed to your registrant.
- For those companies attending the in-person Internship Pop-Up Fair, your parking permit will allow you to park in TBA. Some additional Parking portions will be available and noted in the event details emailed to your registrant.
- Your parking permit will be emailed to your registrant. Please forward this information to the attending representatives. If you have not received it or have a different representative attending in-person events that have not been listed in the company registration, a parking kiosk will be available at the assigned Employer check-in table.
- Parking permits are required for all campus parking. The Friday before the Career Expo, parking permits will be emailed to those registered to attend. Since parking permits are email-specific, please ensure those who need a permit are registered and the emails are updated.
- Arrive early to ensure you find parking. Consider carpooling to campus with other recruiters or utilizing the free shuttle service provided by some local hotels.
- You will need to make sure you have accurate license plate information as parking permission will be tied to that license plate. If you are renting a vehicle, you will need to wait until you have your vehicle before claiming your permit.
- Permit with digital. There is no need to print the permit.
This option is only available companies attending the in-person Technical and General fairs.
The Career Expo Team will reach out to registered in-person employers about the opportunity of having On-Campus Next day interviews. The location of the interviews will depend on the number of requests received. These details will be determined closer to the event and confirmed via email.
