Your Mission
Summer 2024 Internship!
Our mission is to develop, communicate and manage competitive total rewards philosophy and strategies (compensation, benefits, equity) that are cost effective and consistent with market trends (benchmarks, surveys) and business objectives. We monitor local market trends, legislative changes, and business priorities for impact on total rewards and ensure legal compliance for global total rewards programs.
What you’ll do at UiPath
- Learn the basics of Compensation and Benefits at UiPath.
- Become familiar with HRIS system – specifically Workday.
- Provide advice and consultation to HRBPs and Talent Acquisition teams with market data and program information.
- Compile and present data in manner suitable to the audience.
- Create spreadsheets of the market and other data to support analysis.
- Collaborate with other HR teams.
Potential Projects
- Job architecture and description project
- Managing our compensation content internally
- Creating pay ranges and setting up in Workday
- Auditing of employee level data
- Documentation of processes
- US Benefits Project
What you’ll bring to the team
- Incoming Junior / Senior in College.
- Excel experience required.
- Interest in analyzing data and in helping improve and document processes.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret and communicate data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts in a clear manner to different audiences.
- Collaborative approach inside and outside the team.
- Strong eye for detail and accuracy.
- Presentation skills for a broad range of audiences.
