Cyber Acoustics is looking for a college student to join our team as a customer service representative. This critical position will be a key part of our team, as customer service is our top priority. Ideal candidates will be enrolled in engineering programs or have a solid technical background.

We are a small team based in Vancouver, WA and we are looking to grow that team with a customer service representative from a surrounding area. The position pays $20/hour for 20-25 hours a week working in our Vancouver office (dates and times can be flexible, and discussed with candidates, but we are looking for a minimum of three days a week in the office). The position reports to the director of marketing and will work closely with our technical marketing and ESG specialist, gaining valuable corporate job experience for your resume. Sound interesting? Customer Service Representative Job Responsibilities:
- Field customer calls and emails regarding help with any of our products. Product lines include headphones and headsets, laptop docking stations, webcams, speakers, USB microphones, and speakerphones
- Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve satisfactory outcomes
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow Cyber Acoustics’ communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Monitor 1 and 2 star Amazon reviews, and respond accordingly
