>> I'm Emily Nicholson and I'm the Manager of Major Gift at the Newseum. I work with our donors and potential donors so everything from helping them make that first gift to processing that gift, receiving it, make sure it's acknowledged and then stewarding that relationship towards the next gift. Part of my job is to give the IP tours to our donors and they often, you know will want to bring their family on a Saturday or even after hours. Those are kind of a fun tour to do to see the Newseum without the crowds. So there is some of that but I feel like here we have a good work culture where you're not here you know late every night and you can certainly leave early another day if you stay late. We try to meet face-to-face with most people who we're asking for larger gifts but that does require a lot of scheduling so a lot of phone and email back and forth to set up those meetings. We mainly, people often ask if we travel a lot and the truth is we're really trying to get people to come here to see the Newseum because it's hard to describe until you've seen it. >> Absolutely.
