>> Hi, I'm Rebecca Messelli. [phonetic] I'm a 2008 Penn State grad and I graduated with an accounting degree from the Smeal College of Business and started with KPMG, initially in our New York office where I worked in claims service assisting leadership, specifically partners and senior managers, in dealing with various inquiries from the fields. After spending some time in New York I relocated to the Philadelphia area and joined our audit practice, serving some of our clients in the Philadelphia market. I earned my CPA and went on to take on a new role with the firm, leading our campus recruiting efforts at Penn State and various other universities. So a busy day for me might be getting to the office and catching up on emails. I think that's a big part of my job, hundreds of emails come in every day so keeping up with that volume and giving timely feedback and responses to some of the various people to whom I report. Also the day could include lining up events. I do a lot of event planning. It's a big component of the recruiting process so whether it be planning logistics and events on campus or planning events at our local office for professional [inaudible] who are already with the firm. And then of course networking, collaborating with my team in the Philadelphia office and my counterparts throughout the country so might involve various conference calls to strategize on national initiatives or projects or just informally chatting about upcoming events in the Philadelphia area.
