>> My name is Chris Thomas, I'm the Global Recruiting Director for the ECLP, the Experienced Commercial Leadership Program with General Electric. Pretty much I'm in charge of setting the strategy for our global recruiting plan for the program. It's a global program, so you know, really understanding across the globe and in different regions how to really identify, source, attract onboard talent for our program on an annual basis. There is not a typical day; all of them are busy. It's you know. It's a very fluid process where there's a lot of activity going on, so where I could be closing out operations in the U.S. things are just starting off in the Middle East or in the Asian Region. So it's a matter of working with my team that's across the globe and understanding kind of where we are, and trying to strategize new sources or organizations, or schools that we can partner with where we can identify talent. Part of it may be part of the onboard MP, so where we've already identified individuals working through you know the onboard and in an offering and things of that nature. And then really just getting our alumni engaged as well with the recruiting aspect, so both our alumni and our current ECLPs; they're going to be our strongest advocates. So really getting them onboard and getting them educated, giving them all the tools and resources that they need to readily execute out in the field. It's definitely been a lot of global travel the past few months; Brazil, Czech Republic, Singapore, China, Nigeria, South Africa, and Argentina as of late. It's a 24/7 job, so like I said, it's early morning starts you know for depending on where the regions are winding down, or it's a late night for me when regions are getting up, so it's definitely I would say a 24-hour process, and I'm constantly thinking of different innovative ways to promote the brand and attract talent.
