Company culture can be an important factor of your job search process.

>> Company culture is extremely important. I think a lot of times it's overlooked especially as a college student coming right out of college and into an organization. A lot of times you're looking at things like benefits and salary, and company culture isn't always at the forefront of what's important to you. But in a lot of cases it underscores what the company values, and the people that you'll have to interact with on a day-to-day basis. And that will make or break your experience in many cases. So I think company culture is something that you really want to not necessarily make a top priority, however, you don't want to ignore it, and it's something that should definitely be in your top three of priorities. And is something that whenever you have an interview that you're asking those questions about to the interviewer, "Tell me about the culture of the organization. Tell me about the people."
