The WSU Career Expo & Technical Fair is an excellent opportunity to connect with candidates from all WSU colleges looking for internships and full-time jobs. The WSU Career Expo: General Fair will be hosted in-person at Beasley Coliseum from 1 pm – 5 pm Tuesday, February 10, 2026.
This Spring, we are continuing to offer employer partners the opportunity to join us as Premier Employers for the in-person Career Expo. - Arrival Time for Employers: 7:30 AM
- Interview Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Facilities:
- Water, coffee, and tea will be available throughout the event.
- Each table will be clearly labeled with the booth number, please check with Career Team staff to check-in.
Logistics:
- Parking Passes: You will receive parking passes via email the day before the event. They will be distributed by email listed on the form.
- Student Check-In: Upon arrival, students will be checked in by the Career Team staff. If there isn’t another student currently being interviewed, they will be promptly directed to your booth.
- Waiting Area: A designated waiting area for students will be available in case an interview is in progress.

- If representatives were added to the registration, parking passes were emailed directly to those individuals based on the number of passes ordered.
- If no representatives were listed, the parking pass was sent to the primary registrant.
If you received the parking pass as the registrant and will not be attending yourself, please be sure to forward the pass to the representative(s) who will be on-site.

The event will be held in Beasley Coliseum, for the Spring, only the upper concourse will be available. Spots will be limited, so please ensure you secure your spot!

Parking available in the Yellow 1 lot behind the Taylor Sports Complex
Your parking permit will allow you park in the Yellow 1 lot which is just southeast of Beasley Coliseum and off of Ferdinand’s Lane. The coordinates you can use on google maps is 46°44’01.3″N 117°09’08.7″W.
We will have multiple shuttles available to take you back to Beasley Coliseum, they will be towards the entrance of the yellow 1 parking lot.
Premier Parking available next to Beasley Coliseum

Premier parking will allow you park in the Green 5 lots which is right next to Beasley and off of NE North Fairway Rd. The coordinates you can use on google maps is 46°44’03.8″N 117°09’28.3″W.
Cones will be on the parking lots with your company’s name and logo. Feel free to move the cones to be able to park in your designated area.
Parking Permits will be emailed Friday before the event
Parking permits are email specific and will be sent to your representative(s) on February 6th, 2026, from the ‘transportation@wsu.edu’ email address. Please ensure all representatives needing a pass are included in the registration. If you did not add them to registration or missed a representative name, please email employer@wsu.edu with the representative’s email address.
You must ensure you have accurate license plate information as the parking permit will be tied to that license plate. You do not need to print the permit. If you are renting a vehicle, you must wait to have your vehicle before claiming your permit. The parking permit is valid for one-day so be sure to claim it on the day of the event.

The shuttles will run from the yellow lot to Beasley Coliseum. They will run during the following times:
- Pre-Expo: 10:30am – 1:00pm
- To be taken to Beasley Coliseum, pick up will be at the entrance of the Yellow 1 lot
- Post-Expo: 4:15pm – 5:30pm
- To be taken back to the Yellow 1 lot, it will be in the same location where you got dropped off, near the north end of the Green 5 parking lot.

Staff and student volunteers will be available throughout the entirety of the event. We will have volunteers available from 10:30 – 1:30pm to help unload and walk over materials to the event venue and your table/booth.
We will have signage and a sandwich board near the northside of Beasley to indicate where the Loading/Unloading zone is. Our student volunteers will have volunteer name badges.

Schedule at a Glance

Your table is an 8′ table and will include two chairs. A cloth lining will be available upon request during registration. We will have your booth assignments available upon check-in.
Beasley always ensures that power is available at all booths. We recommend that you bring an extension cord still, in case if the outlet is too far from whatever you plan to plug in.
You can connect to the ‘WSU Guest’ Wi-Fi available at Beasley. You will just need to enter your email address.
Beasley has the capacity to store booth materials that get shipped out and have them at your assigned booth. If you plan to ship your materials, we highly recommend you ship it out at the latest 2 weeks before the event to ensure it arrives on time. The earlier you ship it out, the better to ensure there is ample time to handle any hiccups during transit. Please include a return label in your shipping materials, our staff will be able to ship out materials the following day. If you have any questions regarding shipping contact us at employer@wsu.edu.

We will have an employer hospitality area available in the Cougar Lounge in the lower floor of Beasley where we will have refreshments including water, juice, and lunch. The space includes seated tables for you to sit, network with other employers, or take a break. We hope this space provides a comfortable and welcoming environment during your time on campus.
We will have student volunteers to let employers know when lunches are ready to ensure there is sufficient space in the Cougar Lounge
We will be bringing back the Taco Bar:
Crunchy Taco Shells and Warm Flour Tortillas. Chile Rice and Refried Beans. Shredded Lettuce, Jack Cheese, Diced Tomato, and Sliced Black Olives. Served with Fresh Fried Tortilla Chips, Salsa, and Sour Cream.
Should you have any questions on the day of the Career Expo, your point of contact will be any of our career staff located primarily at the concourse student check-in. We will also have staff walking around the event in case any questions arise.
Students will have different types of ribbons attached to their nametag indicating the college they are in or what they are looking for. The ribbon significance is as follows:

Details regarding this opportunity:
- This event will be at the Beasley Coliseum Concourse. Parking will be in Green 5 parking lot.
- Space opens at 7:45 am. Please set up at this time.
- Interviews begin at 8:00 am or when your team schedules them with your candidates. Interview space closes at 4:00 pm
- You will have either 1, 2, or the specific number of tables as requested in the survey or via email.
- Employer Companies will be placed on first come first serve basis.
- Attending employers will set up/coordinate their interview schedules. Handshake scheduling will not be available for this event.
