Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and manage social media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Maintain brand voice and visual consistency across all social channels.
- Monitor social media performance metrics and optimize campaigns using data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Design teams on campaigns and initiatives.
- Manage editorial calendars and posting schedules to ensure timely and consistent content delivery.
- Engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and interactions when appropriate.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and platform updates to improve reach and engagement.
- Support ad hoc social and digital content projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and content formats.
- Excellent written communication and content creation skills.
- Ability to interpret engagement metrics and apply performance insights.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in social media tools and scheduling platforms.
- Comfort working in a remote, collaborative environment.
- Ability to manage deadlines and multiple content streams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing or growing social media accounts.
- Familiarity with analytics, insights dashboards, or performance tracking.
- Basic understanding of branding and digital marketing strategy.
- Experience with short-form content and visual storytelling.
- Comfort collaborating across cross-functional teams.
- Ability to adapt quickly to feedback and changing priorities.
