Sales Specialist Intern– PROJXON

Location: Remote

Type: Commission Based Internship, Part-Time (10-30 hours per week), 6-month program

Position Overview:

As a Sales Specialist you will play a key role in driving our mission by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and delivering measurable growth across PROJXON’s diverse portfolio of industries.

This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You will translate client challenges into tailored solutions that align with PROJXON’s core values. Working closely with clients and the business team, the Sales Specialist ensures that every client engagement delivers tangible value and long-term impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sales Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by leveraging market analysis, client insights, and data-driven sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term client partnerships through consultative selling, tailored solutions, and exceptional customer service.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and finance teams to align sales initiatives with organizational goals and optimize the customer acquisition process.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Utilize CRM systems and analytical tools to monitor sales metrics, forecast trends, and present actionable insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed an MBA
  • Previous experience in sales.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
  • Familiarity with client and project-based assignments.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Internship Details:

There is no expectation of a job offer after the internship. Instead, the focus is on providing the intern with practical, educational experience aligned with their academic studies.
