Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional marketing projects from planning through execution and delivery.
  • Translate business and brand objectives into structured marketing plans with defined milestones, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics.
  • Coordinate campaign execution across teams such as content, design, social media, video, podcast, and digital marketing.
  • Identify project risks, bottlenecks, and resource gaps; proactively develop solutions to keep initiatives on track.
  • Oversee workflow coordination, task delegation, and timeline management to ensure timely completion of marketing deliverables.
    Facilitate project meetings, campaign check-ins, status updates, and post-campaign evaluations.
  • Develop and maintain structured documentation including campaign briefs, content calendars, SOPs, tracking systems, and performance dashboards.
  • Monitor campaign progress and marketing performance metrics to support data-informed decision-making.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve marketing workflows, systems, and collaboration processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Support alignment between leadership vision and creative execution while ensuring consistency in messaging, branding, and deliverables.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Systems, Mechanical, Computer, or related discipline) required; coursework or experience in Marketing, Business, Communications, or Project Management is a plus.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects from strategy through execution, preferably in marketing, operations, or creative environments.
    Strong understanding of systems thinking, process optimization, and workflow management.
  • Ability to translate business and brand objectives into structured project plans and actionable team deliverables.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, and organizational skills with comfort managing timelines, resources, and performance metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate across technical, operational, and creative stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • High integrity and professionalism when handling sensitive organizational, project, and brand-related information.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with structured project management methodologies.
  • Experience with process mapping, workflow optimization, or systems-based planning.
  • Comfort working with project management tools such as ClickUp.
  • Ability to build scalable frameworks, campaign systems, and operational playbooks.
  • Strong documentation and process-design capability.
  • Interest in marketing operations, brand strategy, and organizational scalability.
  • Experience working in remote, fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
  • Ability to balance autonomy with collaborative leadership.
