Say yes to a summer that could change everything.
At FUGE Camps, we believe God uses camp in powerful ways—not just in the lives of students, but in the lives of those who serve. When you join our staff, you step into a Christ-centered team that’s passionate about ministry, community, and growth. Whether you’re leading Bible study, running rec, creating content, or serving behind the scenes, your time on staff will grow you, challenge you, and deepen your faith.
The Role: Bible Study Leader / Ministry Track Leader
Bible Study Leaders and Ministry Track Leaders play a central role at FUGE. You’ll guide a group of 25–30 students through daily Bible study and camp activities, discipling them as they grow in their faith. Depending on which camp model you serve in, your day-to-day ministry will look a little different:
Centrifuge Bible Study Leaders – Lead Bible study, recreation (large-group outdoor games), and track times (smaller interest-based activities like sports, arts, or skills).
MFuge Ministry Track Leaders – Lead Bible study, track times, and mission projects on ministry sites within the community, helping students put their faith into action through service.
Both roles are all about building relationships, pointing students to Jesus, and creating unforgettable camp experiences that impact lives far beyond the summer.
What You’ll Do:
Lead daily Bible study for 25–30 students in an engaging, age-appropriate way.
Build relationships with students and encourage their faith through intentional conversations.
Serve as either a Centrifuge Bible Study Leader (Bible study, rec, track times) or an MFuge Ministry Track Leader (Bible study, missions, track times).
Partner with churches to help their students grow spiritually.
Be adaptable and ready to step into a variety of camp activities.
