Responsibilities
Learn and apply Consultive Strategy Group’s systems for sales, marketing, and team leadership.
Represent clients in retail and event settings, engaging directly with customers to deliver exceptional service.
Collaborate with teammates to achieve sales and performance goals.
Develop strong communication, leadership, and coaching skills through hands-on training.
Take part in leadership meetings, goal-setting sessions, and performance workshops.
As you progress, assist in training, mentoring, and motivating new team members.
Experience & Qualifications
No prior leadership or sales experience required — full training and mentorship provided.
