Camp Weequahic is a co-ed residential summer camp located in Northeast Pennsylvania, serving kids from around the world. We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic, fun-loving, and motivated individuals to join our team as Summer Camp Counselors for the 2026 season.
This is not your typical summer job — it’s an opportunity to mentor, teach, grow personally and professionally, and create life-changing experiences for campers… and yourself.
🏕️ Role Overview:
As a Camp Counselor, you’ll play a dual role:
- Live with and care for a group of 10–14 campers alongside a co-counselor
- Lead or assist in one of our 60+ activity areas — from sports and arts to adventure, waterfront, and even office/admin roles
Whether you’re a sports enthusiast, artist, lifeguard, organizer, or just someone who loves working with kids, there’s a place for you here.

- Athletics & Sports (soccer, basketball, tennis, etc.)

We provide full training on how to create, adapt, and lead activities — no need to be an expert, just eager to learn!
