What it’s like to work here
We love God and we love people. Love like that motivates us to cast a big vision and believe that, together, we can change the world through family. For 80 years, our faith has inspired us to provide every child and family the safety, love, and connection they deserve.
How your role makes a difference
When children have been separated from their parents temporarily so that they can be fully cared for and safe, parents may be working hard to make needed changes so their family can be a strong, safe place for the children once more. Our Bethany team of staff, foster parents and supportive stakeholders work together with parents to provide resources, care, and support to children and their parents impacted by the child welfare system.
At Bethany, we believe every family deserves to be safe, loved, and connected. As a Parenting Time Specialist, you’ll be part of a team providing a non-judgmental, supportive experience for children and their parents as you guide them in safe, loving, quality-time interactions and maintaining family bonds.
