Customer Service Associate (Gameday)
Students filling this position will perform a customer service and sales role within the WSU Athletic Ticket Office. They will work under the supervision of the Ticket Office staff during ticket sales/will call hours at all WSU Athletic events. The duties of Customer Service Associates include but are not limited to: processing ticket sales/cash handling and other related duties at athletic events; providing solutions to customer questions and problems, sometimes under stressful conditions, performing clerical duties as assigned.
Required: Must be an enrolled student at WSU. Applicants will be required to work all home football games in addition to other athletic events. Please refer to the 2026 Football Schedule, available on wsucougars.com. Availability to work nights, weekends, and possible holidays as the WSU Athletic schedule dictates. Applicant must have excellent written and oral communication skills including a flawless command of the English language. Must be extremely detail oriented. Preference will be given to: Applicants that meet the required criteria and possess a passion for and knowledge of WSU Athletics. Underclassmen who are willing/interested in committing to the position for the remainder of their studies at WSU. Students eligible for work-study. Students that have an athletics/ticketing background.
