Test anxiety is a specific anxiety that arises just prior and/or while taking a test. Although we all may feel nervous during exams, test anxiety can create such physiological arousal that it impacts our ability to remember the material we have studied. Learn concrete ways to prepare for exams and take exams in order to reduce this form of anxiety. This workshop is provided by the Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS).
