With as many daily obligations as we all have, stress can be a regular occurrence. It can also be one of the biggest factors in academic struggle, relationship issues and overall illness. This workshop talks about different kinds of stress, how to identify triggers, take control of your stress and learn basic stress management techniques. This workshop is provided by Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS).A Zoom link will be sent out the day of the workshop to the students who have RSVP.
