Sleep has been shown to impact your performance in school, work, physical activity, and happiness. Staying up long hours to study for tests or to finish that paper may sound like a good idea, but this may reduce your performance on your tests and homework. Come to this workshop and see how sleep impacts your life and how you can be more successful in everything you do by ensuring your sleep is helping you and not hurting you.
