Schedule a Recruiting Visit

On-campus interviews are managed through our web-based CougLink system – part of the NACElink Network. A student’s resume is the primary document furnished to recruiting organizations. If you require a cover letter, transcript, or writing sample, please be sure to include this on your Recruitment Information Form. If you have a supplemental application or job description, you must submit them electronically in Microsoft Word format. If you have an on-line application for students to complete, please be sure to provide the current link. You must book your date before sending in your recruiting information. Contact: Christie Motley, at 509-335-9612.

*When scheduling interviews, please keep in mind
that our office closes at 5 p.m.*

Recruiting Calendar

Interviews can be scheduled fall and spring semesters.  You may also be interested in attending a career fair on campus. See our Career Fair Calendar for more information.

Group Informational Meetings

Group Informational Meetings for students may be arranged, at your expense, upon request. Please indicate your interest on the Recruitment Information Form. If you or your company has requested a group presentation, reservations will be made for you and you will receive confirmation from our office.

Connect with Professors, Departments, and Student Organizations

Look through the “Academics” section on the WSU home page for specific departments. Many departments have their faculty listed with a brief biography and their areas of research and teaching. You can also email or call the Employer Relations Program staff at 509-335-9612 to ask for recommendations within a specific department.
