Used as a part of the career counseling process, there are many career development assessment tools that can help clarify your work values, interests, and skills, while providing important information to enhance personal growth and self-understanding.
If you are interested in career assessments, first make an appointment with a career counselor to discuss your specific needs. Your career counselor will help you determine which assessment(s) are most relevant to your specific situation, and will review and interpret the assessment results with you. Assessment procedures and any applicable fees will be explained in detail by your career counselor.
