Shipping, Parking & Check-In Information
Ship materials to:
Attn: Shawn S. Paulson
Washington State University
925 NE Fairway Road
Pullman, WA 99164-1710
To ensure correct delivery of your materials, all packages must be clearly marked with your organization name.
NOTE: Please allow for an extra day for delivery. WSU Central Receiving must process all mail before distributing it to its final destination on campus.
The Career Expo will schedule a pick-up by Federal Express (not FedEx Ground) on the day of the Expo. All materials must be appropriately packaged and all return paperwork (billing information or account number) must be complete on your shipping label. If you would like to use another carrier, you must make your own arrangements. Please schedule a pick-up at the North entrance of Beasley Coliseum by 4:00 p.m. on the day of Expo. You can drop your packages off at the Employer Check-in Booth.
Parking permits are required for all campus parking. You will receive a link to download and print your parking pass via email before the Career Expo. Employers may park in the Red lots near the tennis courts.
Below lists the daily parking rates for additional lots around Beasley Coliseum. There are payment locations at each lot, or you can use the Way to Park app to pay from your phone. WSU scans license plates now so there is no need to print out a physical ticket to park legally, just enter in your license plate number and you will not be ticketed.
As on any college campus, parking is limited. Arrive early for a better space, consider carpooling with other recruiters, or utilize the free shuttle service provided by some local hotels. You will avoid parking hassles and conserve energy!
On Career Expo day, you must check-in between 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. at the North Entrance of the Beasley Coliseum on Orchard Drive. You will receive your specific booth assignment and important information for the day.
You can unload materials at the North Entrance of Beasley Coliseum. Once unloaded, parking is available near the tennis courts.
