This spring, the WSU Academic Success and Career Center was pleased to present Techtronic Industries, North America—better known as TTi, as the Employer of the Year for 2024-2025 at our annual Washington State University Division of Academic Engagement and Student Achievement (DAESA) award ceremony.

TTi has been a dedicated employer partner of WSU, specifically the Academic Success & Career Center, for many seasons. Beyond their consistent presence at WSU Career Expos and networking events, TTi demonstrates a strong commitment to Coug student success.  

Their passion for supporting students is evident. TTi recruits students from all majors and backgrounds for full-time roles and internships, and their team frequently enriches career events with personal stories and industry insights.  

This year alone, TTi has engaged hundreds of Cougs through various career development activities, including career expos, sales events, networking nights, and professional development programs.  

It’s clear that TTi takes student engagement seriously. As a two-time Coug Honored Partner, they’ve helped the ASCC expand its reach and impact across all majors and all students. Just this season, they’ve hired more than 10 Cougs!
