The Washington State University Alumni Association is rolling out the Cougs Connect platform, and everyone is joining! Cougs Connect is essentially a WSU-specific LinkedIn, with new alumni joining each week. Some of the site’s features include:
Mentoring is one of the main draws of the platform. Alumni have the opportunity to volunteer to mentor students, students searching for mentors by:
- Job Function
- Company
- Industry
- Location
Tech teams are still working out the kinks as far as job listings go, but WSU alumni that are searching to hire students are able to post jobs and promote them on Cougs Connect.
Professional development, networking, and tailgating-type events are listed on the platform! All levels of professionalism with all Cougs and alum invited!
