Navigating the college experience as an undocumented person can have challenges. Questions come up, from finding a community to legal inquiries and even career exploration. One WSU department hoping to support our WSU students is the office of Undocumented Initiatives at Washington State University. “Undocumented Initiatives creates an empowering, inclusive, equitable, and supportive culture for undocumented students at Washington State University. They serve current students across the WSU system and train WSU faculty, staff, and educators at other institutions on how to increase access and support for undocumented students across the educational pipeline. “

Undocumented Initiatives offers social and mental opportunities through their Mariposas programs and academic support through UNIV 104 Crimson Mariposas course. They also share information on connecting with faculty/staff allies and student groups and even offer immigration consultations.
